1. Information PPE may process
To provide payment verification and business-management features, PPE may process account and business information, cashier account information, registered account-holder names, subscription information, payment screenshots, SMS screenshots, receipt images, QR-code data, receipt links, transaction numbers, payment amounts, sender and receiver names, transaction references, verification results, and transaction history.
2. How information is used
PPE uses this information to create and manage business and cashier accounts, verify submitted payment evidence, extract payment details, compare receiver names with registered business account-holder names, detect previously approved transaction references, record approved payments, generate dashboard totals and cashier-performance information, and manage subscription renewal workflows.
3. Camera and uploaded images
If a user chooses camera scanning, PPE may access the device camera to capture payment evidence. Users may also select screenshots or images from their device. These inputs are used for payment-verification functionality.
4. Payment information
PPE is designed to verify evidence of transfers and transaction references. It is not described as holding customer bank passwords, PINs, or payment-card credentials. Users should not intentionally submit such credentials through the app.
5. Data sharing
Information may be processed by service providers required to operate PPE, such as hosting, database, storage, authentication, or technical infrastructure providers. PPE should not claim to sell personal information unless that is actually part of its business practice. Any additional sharing required by law, security needs, or business operations should be disclosed here before publication.
6. Data retention and deletion
Transaction and account information may need to be retained to provide transaction history, duplicate-payment checks, subscription management, and business records. Before publishing this policy, PPE should specify actual retention periods and a method users can use to request account or data deletion where applicable.
7. Security
PPE should use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information it processes. No system can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their account credentials and report suspected unauthorized access.
8. User choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other control over personal information. A working support or privacy contact should be added here before the app is publicly released.
9. Children
PPE is intended for business payment-management use and is not designed as a service directed to children.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when PPE's features, data practices, service providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date should be revised whenever material changes are published.
11. Contact
Before publishing, replace this paragraph with the legal business/operator name and a working privacy or support email address.
